What We Look For

• Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing radon mitigation properly, not just quickly.
• Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
• Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
• Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in radon mitigation or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Roles We Hire For

We are a small team, so openings come and go with the work. These are the roles we hire into.

DEP-Certified Radon Mitigation Professionals

If you hold current Pennsylvania DEP certification for radon mitigation and cover York County or part of it, we would like to talk. We pass homeowners to certified professionals in their own township or borough.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania DEP radon mitigation certification
• You cover York County or a defined part of it
• Willing to explain the diagnostic and the proposed system to the homeowner before quoting
• You perform post-mitigation verification testing, or will arrange it

DEP-Certified Radon Testers

Real estate transactions in York County move on short inspection windows. If you are certified for radon testing and can work to a deadline, get in touch.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania DEP radon testing certification
• Continuous radon monitors with tamper logging for transaction work
• Able to work inside a typical inspection contingency window

We read every application. If there is a fit, expect a short phone conversation first, then a meeting and a ride-along on a job so you can see the work before you commit to it.

We do not always have an opening posted. Send your information anyway. We keep applications on file and reach out first to people who already introduced themselves when a spot opens.
